Back in New York City

Spending 4 days in Manhattan reminded me what a fantastic and beguiling city it truly is..

Certainly the Staten Island ferry is amongst the very best free journeys in the world.

New York can always come up with gems I have not discovered ,even when visiting the city scores of times..like Snug Harbour...a lovely quiet park on Staten Island

Strolling around Chelsea and the East Village is always a delight..the dappled sun glimmering on the old buildings and narrow streets..and the locals are so friendly...!!
